He is the author of Dancing Fear and Desire: Race, Sexuality and Imperial Politics in Middle Eastern Dance (Wilfrid Laurier 2004, reprinted 2005, 2007, 2010), co-author of Sexual Interactions; The Social Construction of Atypical Sexual Behaviors (Universal 2006), and co-editor of Vernacular Worlds, Cosmopolitan Imagination (Brill, 2015). Since 2007, he is Managing Editor of Cadences: A Journal of Literature and the Arts in Cyprus.

He has an M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature and a Ph.D. degree in Literature. He worked at the Cultural Services Department of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus, in the position of Senior Cultural Officer and us the Executive Adviser of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation.
Giorgos Moleskis was awarded with a Cyprus State Honorary Diploma and a Cyprus State Prize for Poetry, as well as the Pushkin Metal from the Union of Russian Writers (Moscow Organization). He is, also, an Honorary Member of the State Academy of Slavic Culture of the Russian Federation.
From 1967 until today he has published thirteen poetry collections, two books with collected poems, five books with poetry translations and three prose books.

Myrto Azina was born in Nicosia on December 26, 1961.
She graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium and studied medicine at Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, West Germany.
She then specialized in Family Medicine and did a Masters in Health Care Management.
From a very young age she was involved in literature and received poetry and short stories awards at the Pancyprian Gymnasium. She has published a novel called Hemerologion in 1974 at the age of 15; and three short stories collections: Pathologia in 1987, Rachel in 1997 and To Peirama ("The Experiment") in 2009. The Experiment was awarded the European Union Prize for Literature in 2010 and has been translated into many European languages.
She lives in Nicosia and works in the Ministry of Health where she deals with Public Health issues.

Stavros Stavrou Karayanni is Associate Professor of English in the Department of Humanities of the European University of Cyprus. He is a critical theorist, performer, and creative writer.
In his academic research, he explores issues related to culture, gender, and sexuality in the Middle East. He is the author of Dancing Fear and Desire: Race, Sexuality and Imperial Politics in Middle Eastern Dance (Wilfrid Laurier 2004, reprinted 2005, 2007, 2010), co-author of Sexual Interactions; The Social Construction of Atypical Sexual Behaviors (Universal 2006), and co-editor of Vernacular Worlds, Cosmopolitan Imagination (Brill, 2015). Giorgos Moleskis was born in 1946. He studied at the Nicosia English College and the Moscow State University – Lomonosov. He has an M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature and a Ph.D. degree in Literature. He worked at the Cultural Services Department of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus, in the position of Senior Cultural Officer and us the Executive Adviser of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation.
Giorgos Moleskis was awarded with a Cyprus State Honorary Diploma and a Cyprus State Prize for Poetry, as well as the Pushkin Metal from the Union of Russian Writers (Moscow Organization). He is, also, an Honorary Member of the State Academy of Slavic Culture of the Russian Federation.
From 1967 until today he has published thirteen poetry collections, two books with collected poems, five books with poetry translations and three prose books.

With his wife Dina and first daughter Maria, emigrated to Athens, Greece, where they were both employed by Eleftheroudakis Bookshop. His second daughter Yianna was born in Athens. He returned to Cyprus late in 1978 and revived the family business in Limassol where he still leaves today.
He is the Financial Manager and a co-owner of K.P. Kyriakou (Books-Stationery) Ltd and Managing Director and co-owner of K.M. Kyriakou Fullpage Bookshops Ltd, where he also manages a publishing activity under the imprint Mikrokyklos Books. Both companies run bookshops in Limassol and Paphos.
He is the Vice President of the Cyprus Booksellers Association and has served as Secretary at the Limassol Cultural Associations Council for several years as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Limassol Theatre Company, and the Rialto Organisation.

She graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium and studied medicine at Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, West Germany.
She then specialized in Family Medicine and did a Masters in Health Care Management.
From a very young age she was involved in literature and received poetry and short stories awards at the Pancyprian Gymnasium. She has published a novel called Hemerologion in 1974 at the age of 15; and three short stories collections: Pathologia in 1987, Rachel in 1997 and To Peirama ("The Experiment") in 2009. The Experiment was awarded the European Union Prize for Literature in 2010 and has been translated into many European languages.
She lives in Nicosia and works in the Ministry of Health where she deals with Public Health issues.

Born in Famagusta, Cyprus, on 21st August 1947. Studied Business Administration at West London College, London, and then returned to Famagusta and started working at his father’s bookshop. On August 14 he had to leave his hometown along with thousands of other Greek Cypriots, who fled for their lives because of the advancing Turkish army who invaded Cyprus in July ’74.
With his wife Dina and first daughter Maria, emigrated to Athens, Greece, where they were both employed by Eleftheroudakis Bookshop. His second daughter Yianna was born in Athens. He returned to Cyprus late in 1978 and revived the family business in Limassol where he still leaves today.
He is the Financial Manager and a co-owner of K.P. Kyriakou (Books-Stationery) Ltd and Managing Director and co-owner of K.M. Kyriakou Fullpage Bookshops Ltd, where he also manages a publishing activity under the imprint Mikrokyklos Books. Both companies run bookshops in Limassol and Paphos.
He is the Vice President of the Cyprus Booksellers Association and has served as Secretary at the Limassol Cultural Associations Council for several years as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Limassol Theatre Company, and the Rialto Organisation.

Myrto Azina was born in Nicosia on December 26, 1961.
She graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium and studied medicine at Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, West Germany.
She then specialized in Family Medicine and did a Masters in Health Care Management.
From a very young age she was involved in literature and received poetry and short stories awards at the Pancyprian Gymnasium. She has published a novel called Hemerologion in 1974 at the age of 15; and three short stories collections: Pathologia in 1987, Rachel in 1997 and To Peirama ("The Experiment") in 2009. The Experiment was awarded the European Union Prize for Literature in 2010 and has been translated into many European languages.
She lives in Nicosia and works in the Ministry of Health where she deals with Public Health issues.

On August 14 he had to leave his hometown along with thousands of other Greek Cypriots, who fled for their lives because of the advancing Turkish army who invaded Cyprus in July ’74.
With his wife Dina and first daughter Maria, emigrated to Athens, Greece, where they were both employed by Eleftheroudakis Bookshop. His second daughter Yianna was born in Athens. He returned to Cyprus late in 1978 and revived the family business in Limassol where he still leaves today.
He is the Financial Manager and a co-owner of K.P. Kyriakou (Books-Stationery) Ltd and Managing Director and co-owner of K.M. Kyriakou Fullpage Bookshops Ltd, where he also manages a publishing activity under the imprint Mikrokyklos Books. Both companies run bookshops in Limassol and Paphos.
He is the Vice President of the Cyprus Booksellers Association and has served as Secretary at the Limassol Cultural Associations Council for several years as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Limassol Theatre Company, and the Rialto Organisation.
Giorgos Moleskis was born in 1946. He studied at the Nicosia English College and the Moscow State University – Lomonosov. He has an M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature and a Ph.D. degree in Literature. He worked at the Cultural Services Department of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus, in the position of Senior Cultural Officer and us the Executive Adviser of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation.
Giorgos Moleskis was awarded with a Cyprus State Honorary Diploma and a Cyprus State Prize for Poetry, as well as the Pushkin Metal from the Union of Russian Writers (Moscow Organization). He is, also, an Honorary Member of the State Academy of Slavic Culture of the Russian Federation.
From 1967 until today he has published thirteen poetry collections, two books with collected poems, five books with poetry translations and three prose books.
Some of Giorgos Moleskis poetry books were translated and published in separate volumes in France, Italy, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Albania. His poems have been translated and published in literary magazines and anthologies in Russia, Germany, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Rumania Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, Armenia, Estonia, Spain, Chile and other countries.
Born in Limassol, Antonis Georgiou studied Law in Moscow and is a graduate of the Postgraduate Programme for Theatre Studies from the Open University of Cyprus.

Additionally, Antonis Georgiou produced several theatrical plays: My beloved washing machine, The Disease, Our Garden, La Belote, I was Lysistrata and Uncle Yiannis.
His novel An Album of Stories was adapted for the stage and produced in 2016.
Inspired by Sweet Bloody Life, the theatre group One/Off produced (forget-me-not), a text compiled by the group that included extracts from An Album of Stories. The production represented Cyprus at the Avignon Festival (off) in 2011.
Myrto Azina was born in Nicosia on December 26, 1961.
She graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium and studied medicine at Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, West Germany.
She then specialized in Family Medicine and did a Masters in Health Care Management.
From a very young age she was involved in literature and received poetry and short stories awards at the Pancyprian Gymnasium. She has published a novel called Hemerologion in 1974 at the age of 15; and three short stories collections: Pathologia in 1987, Rachel in 1997 and To Peirama ("The Experiment") in 2009. The Experiment was awarded the European Union Prize for Literature in 2010 and has been translated into many European languages.
She lives in Nicosia and works in the Ministry of Health where she deals with Public Health issues.
