Born on August 15th, 1955 in Sevilla, Antonio Maria Avila Álvarez studied Political Sciences, Law and Economics. He has been an associate teacher of Constitutional law until 1986, associate teacher of Foreign Trade (University Carlos III) from 1994 to 1996, and from 1997 teacher of the same matter in TPGA of the Autonomous University of Madrid. CECO's teacher, he gives classes to the Master of Foreign Trade and Trade policy in the University Carlos III, Santiago de Compostela, Alcalá de Henares and University Institute Carlos V of the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Tiit Aleksejev (b.1968) graduated from the University of Tartu with a master’s degree in Medieval History. He has worked as a diplomat in Paris and Brussels, and currently lives in Tallinn. His first short story, Tartu rahu, won the annual award from the literary magazine Looming in 1999. His first novel, Valge kuningriik, a thriller whose action unfolds in Paris and retrospectively in Afghanistan in the 1980s, was awarded the Betti Alver Prize in 2006 for best debut novel.

Journalist and writer. Born in Madrid, in 1970. A graduate in Catalan Philology. He has collaborated in several stages with the newspaper El País, the last, between 2007 and 2013, in the cultural supplement Quadern.
He is currently responsible for the culture of the weekly newspaper El Temps, a columnist for Levante-EMV as well as a talk show by Onda Zero. From the creation of the new Valencian television broadcasting À Punt he has collaborated in the television talk show of "El Matí" and right now he does so in À Punt radio.

Peter Legård Nielsen was born in 1960. He has published 8 novels, 2 poetry collections and 15 anthologies. He has received the the 3 Year Scolarship from The Danish Arts Foundation. He has been appointed by the Minister of Culture as a member of the board of The Danish Arts Counsil and has been chairman of Danish Fiction Writers Association from 1997 to 2001 and again from 2002 to 2007.

Aleksandar Bečanović, born in 1971, is a Montenegrin writer, film critic and screenwriter. He is the author of five poetry books, Ulysses’ Distance (1994), Being (1996), The Pantry (1998), Places in the Letter (2001) and Preludes and Fugues (2007); two short story collections, I am Waiting, What Will Happen Next (2005) and Obsession (2009); and three novels, Arcueil (2015), Disorder (2017) and Vlatka (2018). He has also published two books of film criticism, Genre in the Contemporary Cinema (2005) and the 900-page long Lexicon of Film Directors (2015).

Boris Perić is a writer, literary translator and journalist. 

Marju Kirsipuu is development manager for the Apollo bookstore in Estonia.

Born in Limassol, Antonis Georgiou studied Law in Moscow and is a graduate of the Postgraduate Programme for Theatre Studies from the Open University of Cyprus.

Jeanne E. Glesener (1976) is associate professor for Luxembourgish Literature at the University of Luxembourg and Jury President of the prestigious annual literary award, the Prix Servais.
Her research and publications cover Luxembourgish literary and cultural history, small literatures in Europe and migration literature in Europe.
