EUPL at BolognaBookPlus 2023

On 7 March 15:00 at BolognaBookPlus, side programme of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, the names of the 13 nominated books for the European Union Prize for Literature 2023 will be revealed.

Come and discover the spotlighted authors, who will showcase the diverse wealth of Europe’s contemporary literature in the field of fiction, and promote the circulation of non-national literary works beyond linguistic borders.

EUPL at Guadalajara Book Fair

The EU will be Guest of Honour at the largest book fair in the Spanish-speaking world in Guadalajara, Mexico. For this occasion, we are organizing on 27, 28 and 29 November on the Big Stage of the Pavillion three panel discussions moderated by Jacobo Bergareche (Spain, EUPL 2022) with the following authors:

Monday 27 November – 14:00-15:30

- Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin (Ireland, EUPL 2022)

- Stavros Christodoulou (Cyprus, EUPL 2020)

Tuesday 28 November – 15:30-17:00

EUPL at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2023

On Wednesday 18 October at 13:00 at the Frankfurt Studio, after an introduction by Georg Häusler (DG EAC Director, European Commission) and Iva Pezuashvili (Georgia, EUPL 2022), the EUPL 2023 award winner Martina Vidaić will dialogue with Jasmin B. Frelih (Slovenia, EUPL 2016) about her winning book and what the EUPL can do for emerging writers.
